Aulasneo is on a mission to empower global learning through open-source technology. As a trusted Open edX partner, we work with educational institutions, NGOs, and companies worldwide to create impactful online learning solutions.
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team and help us expand our reach in Latin America and beyond.
🔎 What You’ll Do
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the education, nonprofit, and corporate sectors
- Manage a pipeline of leads and drive the full sales cycle—from outreach to closing
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and client meetings to understand needs and present solutions
- Lead proposal development and support RFP responses
- Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to build compelling sales materials
- Represent Aulasneo in webinars, presentations, and open-source community events
- Stay ahead of EdTech trends and position our solutions to match evolving client needs
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Experience in EdTech or educational services sales
- Proven B2B sales track record with organizations, NGOs, or academic institutions
- Strong communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills
- Bonus: Familiarity with open-source technologies and RFP processes
